VISITING RULES

Church of Sts. Nicholas, Jiráskovy sady, building without house number, on plot no.1573 in the cadastral Hradec Králové.

I.
Introductory provision

1. The Church of st. Nicholas (hereinafter referred to as “the Church”) is the property of the Statutory City of Hradec Králové and is operated by the Hradec Králové Cultural and Educational Society, with its registered office in Hradec Králové, Československé armády 300, based on the Real Estate Lease Contract No. 1821/2005 concluded with the City of Hradec Králové of 24 August 2005, Amendment 12 of 21 December 2018.
2. This Visiting Code is valid in all accessible areas of the church.
3. The Visiting Rules regulate the conditions for entering the publicly accessible spaces of the church.
4. The visitor to the church is obliged to observe this Visiting Rules and follow the instructions of the church staff and guides.

II.
Admission and opening hours

1. Information on admission and discounts on admission is published at the church's box office or at other operators' ticket offices and at www.kostesvatehomikulase.cz. Admission is paid in cash in CZK or by credit card.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the church shall be made available to the public as follows:
 
• Every year, from 1 October to 31 May of the following year, on the dates and times published on www.kostelsvatehomikulase.cz. Ticket sales are mediated through a ticket sales and reservation system at www.hkpoint.cz and at the church box office. Entry to organized groups is only allowed for a minimum of 10 people.
• Every year from 1 June to 30 September every Friday, Saturday, Sunday at 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00 and on days of officially recognized holidays, at times published on www.kostelsvatehomikulase .cz. Ticket sales are mediated through a ticket sales and reservation system at www.hkpoint.cz and at the church box office. Entry to organized groups is only allowed for a minimum of 10 people.
• Organized groups are available to the church at any time from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm based on an order delivered at least 48 hours in advance. The admission fee will be paid either by cash, by invoice or in cash at the church box office. The order is accepted with a minimum of 10 visitors.
• Temporary differences in opening hours will be indicated at the church's box office and announced at www.kostelsvatehomikulase.cz.
3. The tour of the church takes place only in the presence of a guide.
4. Visitors are obliged to leave the church premises no later than the end of the tour to which they have purchased a ticket.

III.
Entry conditions

1. Entering the church is at your own risk.
2. Entrance to the church premises is permitted to the visitor upon presentation of a valid ticket and accompanied by a guide or church staff. For security reasons, the number of church visitors at one point is limited to 30.
3. Children under 15 years of age are only allowed to enter with the assistance of a person over the age of 18 who is responsible for the behavior of the children and the observance of the visitor code. A school group visit is possible only with the attendance of a responsible teacher who is responsible for the behavior of the pupils.
4. The tour of the church usually takes a maximum of 30 minutes. Visitors are informed about the length of the tour by a guide at the checkout.
5. Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of the guide or church staff.
6. Entrance to the gallery (cure), to the presbytery premises and to the premises where the technological equipment is located is strictly prohibited.
7. It is strictly forbidden to touch the walls and exhibits, write or paint on the walls and walls, engrave in them or damage them in any way and manipulate technological equipment in any way.
8. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and open fire.
9. It is forbidden to enter the church area with a weapon and to allow any animals except the guide dog for the blind.
10. It is forbidden to enter the church area with a pram, roller skates, skateboard, bicycle, scooter and similar means of transport.
11. Visitors do not disturb others by their behavior. They do not consume food or any drinks.
12. Concerts and other cultural events take place in the church only on the basis of the operator's consent and the organizer is obliged to observe the valid regulations of occupational safety and fire protection.
13. Taking pictures and taking pictures is permitted.
14. Enterprising persons, persons under the influence of drugs and other addictive substances or persons whose behavior may jeopardize the safety of other visitors, are forbidden to enter or leave the church premises.
15. It is forbidden to throw garbage away from the waste container.
16. It is forbidden to leave and leave baggage and other items unattended.
17. If the visitor causes damage by violation of these visitor rules or other disproportionate activity, he is obliged to pay the damage in a provable amount.
18. If there is a need to evacuate visitors, it is imperative to obey the instructions of the wizard or church staff who declares the evacuation. The visitor is obliged to leave the object on the basis of his instructions or according to the installed escape marking. He is also obliged to follow the instructions of the fire directive.
19. Instead of a gathering place where first aid will be provided, it is in the open air of Jirásek Park in front of the Secondary School of Visual Arts in Hradec Králové.

Final Provisions

These Visiting Regulations enter into force on July 1, 2019
